Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies is one of the prominent B-Schools of India established in the year 2009. The autonomous institute works with an aim to develop a proficient and value-based management professional by delivering quality management education. RCBS is a part of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The institute has been rewarded with the number of accreditation and rankings. RCBS was re-accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade in 2013. The PGDM course offered by the institute is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. The PGDM is also recognized as equivalent to the MBA program by AIU. As far as the rankings are concerned, RCBS bagged 25th position among best colleges in the country and placed in the band of 51-75 under management category by NIRF, MHRD, Government of India. In an annual survey conducted by ‘Higher Education Review’ magazine, the institute has ranked among top 50 B-Schools in India. RCBS Kochi offers a variety of PG courses such as MBA, MHRM and, PGDM in the stream of Management. Apart from these courses, the institute offers an international MBA program in which students are provided with an opportunity to complete a portion of the program in a foreign university. The institute has established a research center as well to conduct research in the areas of management. The aspiring candidates have to follow the rigorous admission procedure to get admission to the institute. RCBS has made an outstanding record in terms of placement. Recently, more than 100 reputed organizations visited the RCBS campus and offered lucrative profiles with good compensation to the students. Besides, RCBS has built up an impressive infrastructure with stunning buildings and serene surroundings. It includes all the prime facilities such as audio-video classrooms, a library, an auditorium, and hostels, etc. For the overall development of students, RCBS also gives importance to the extra-curricular activities organized at the campus. Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies’ offers MBA, MHRM, and PGDM courses in the stream of Management. The MBA course is a 2-year full-time program spread over four semesters and is offered under specializations such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Information Systems. The first and second semester focuses on the fundamentals of Management while the third and fourth semester provides deep understanding in the specialization offered.

The fee range of MBA course is approximately Rs. 1,67,000 per annum. Similarly, MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) is a two-year full-time program that provides a deep understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM). The fees for this course is approximately Rs. 1,67,000 per annum. RCBS offers a 2-year full-time PGDM course as well which is approved by AICTE and is designed with a perfect blend of theoretical and practical learning. The total fees for this course is approx. Rs. 6,50,000.

The institute also provides students with a chance to conduct some portion of their academics in a foreign university, for that there is an international MBA program to complete the first part of the program in an institution and another part in a partnering University located in a different country. RCBS also offers a summer internship to students that help in understanding the real practical environment of the industries.
